By accessing or using ExportScout ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Contract Act, 1872 of Bangladesh between you and ExportScout. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms are also subject to applicable Bangladesh laws including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, the ICT Act, 2006, and the Digital Security Act, 2018.
ExportScout is an AI-powered export intelligence platform designed exclusively for garment and textile exporters based in Bangladesh. The Service provides:
ExportScout provides informational and decision-support tools only. We do not guarantee export success, buyer responses, or specific business outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorised to represent a business entity to use ExportScout. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@exportscout.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ExportScout is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.
You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts for the same business, or use automated means to access the Service.
ExportScout offers two subscription tiers:
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities under the Digital Security Act, 2018.
All content, features, algorithms, software, and branding on ExportScout — including the buyer scoring model, market analysis methodology, and AI prompt architecture — are the intellectual property of ExportScout and are protected under applicable Bangladesh and international laws.
You retain ownership of the data and business information you submit to the platform. By submitting it, you grant ExportScout a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ExportScout, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Bangladesh law. ExportScout does not warrant that:
Trade data is sourced from public databases (UN Comtrade, World Bank) and may not reflect the most current market conditions. Use the Service as one input among many — not as the sole basis for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted under Bangladesh law, ExportScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or ExportScout.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion will occur as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
